For the transmission duties, Farmtrac is using a constant mesh gearbox, which comes with eight forward and two reverse gears. The rear axle reduction is a straight axle here, while the tractor comes with a differential lock for its two-wheel-drive system. The top speed figures of the Farmtrac 60 are 31.2 kmph with the forward gears and 13.8 kmph with the reverse gears. The tractor comes with a dual-clutch as standard for the transmission.
